About Me

I'm Sylvia Burgos Toftness, a baby boomer who traveled from the Bronx to Minnesota yrs ago to be a TV reporter. In communications since then, I've worked with producers and good-food advocates in several states. My husband David and I are now developing Bull Brook Keep - 70 acres devoted to sustainable grass-fed beef and, eventually, pastured poultry.
